Over the years, Sikka Inclusive Finance has developed specific expertise on various tools, enabling the company to offer its clients global institutional audits or audits focused on specific themes.Sikka Inclusive Finance has a longstanding expertise with the CERISE tool and the management of social performance in general, which dates back almost 20 years. Its experts were also among the first to be certified on the RIM tool for assessing the risk management framework of a financial institution. Sikka Inclusive Finance considers that raising awareness and educating the general public and businesses about the problems of populations in precarious situations in general is part and parcel of its mission.This activity touches on different themes such as financial inclusion, the eradication of poverty, etc. as well as geographically dominant themes related to Africa or India, two parts of the world best known by Sikka Inclusive Finance’s experts.The organization of conferences, intervention in seminars or even the delivery of academic courses (different from capacity building generally offered as part of technical assistance) falls into this type of services.Sikka Inclusive Finance has had the opportunity to carry out several training sessions for senior executives of financial institutions in recent years. More recently, the firm developed a certifying curriculum on the Dokeos online training platform as well as a conference on India for more than 200 managers from a French SME.
